Nanocrystalline ribbon

Nanocrystalline materials have excellent characteristics such as high saturation magnetic induction, high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, low loss, good stability, high strength and toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Nanocrystalline magnetic ring

It is formed by winding nanocrystalline strip, quenched by heat treatment, and encapsulated by protective box and other materials. Excellent anti-saturation characteristics: high saturation magnetic flux density Bs(1.2T ~ 1.4T), high permeability, is conducive to reducing the volume of common mode inductance. More extreme working conditions: high Curie temperature, material properties (permeability, saturation flux density, loss) change little with temperature, strong resistance to mechanical vibration and mechanical shock.

Nanocrystalline inductor

Common mode inductance is usually used to filter the common mode electromagnetic interference signal in computer switching power supply. Grasp the variation of the magnetic field to form a common mode or differential mode inductance.

Siron-silicon-aluminum powder core magnetic ring
