The iron-based nanocrystalline alloy is composed of iron, silicon, boron, niobium, copper, etc. When an iron-based amorphous alloy containing Cu and Nb is annealed above the crystallization temperature, a very fine grain structure will be formed, with a grain size of only 10--20 nanometers.
