Iron-based nanocrystalline strip
The iron-based nanocrystalline alloy is composed of iron, silicon, boron, niobium, copper, etc. When an iron-based amorphous alloy containing Cu and Nb is annealed above the crystallization temperature, a very fine grain structure will be formed, with a grain size of only 10--20 nanometers. This amorphous alloy undergoes a special crystallization annealing process. The crystalline material formed is called a nanocrystalline alloy. Nanocrystalline materials have excellent characteristics such as high saturation magnetic induction, high permeability, low coercivity, low loss and good stability, high strength and toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, etc., as a metal soft magnetic material with the best performance and price Compared with nanocrystalline alloy materials, it can replace silicon steel, permalloy and ferrite as ideal materials for medium and high frequency transformers, transformers, and inductor components.
