Application advantages of nanocrystals in new energy vehicles
Nanocrystalline magnetic cores are mainly used in OBC charging systems, DC-DC current conversion and electric drive systems for new energy vehicles. It is used as the common mode filter inductor core for AC input and DC output in OBC, as the BOOST boost inductor core in DC-DC power supply, and as the common mode filter inductor core for DC input and AC output in electric drive system.
Application advantages of nanocrystals in new energy vehicles
● Nanocrystalline magnetic core can adjust the magnetic conductivity to ensure that the magnetic flux density is not saturated under the large common mode current of the electric drive system.
● nanocrystalline magnetic core with no stress glue, hard curing process, to ensure that the magnetic core strength, force is not easy to deformation, the appearance of no debris.
