Advantages of Nanocrystalline in Photovoltaic Applications
Zhonghe nanocrystalline magnetic core has the highest magnetic permeability in the industry, which can achieve higher common mode impedance and achieve the best filtering effect. Spray painted magnetic cores do not require protective shells, and can be used as wire harness filter cores to save space and reduce costs.
The common mode inductor core on the inverter side can adjust the magnetic permeability according to requirements to ensure that the core is not saturated at large common mode currents.
Nanocrystals are used in DC-DC isolation transformers, which have low losses, high conversion efficiency, low coercivity, low saturation magnetic flux density, wide temperature adaptability, and stability.
