Fe-based nanocrystalline alloys are composed of iron, silicon, boron, niobium, copper, etc. When the Fe-based amorphous alloy containing Cu and Nb is annealed above the crystallization temperature, a very fine grain structure will be formed, and the grain size is only 10-20 nanometers. The crystalline material formed by this amorphous alloy after special crystallization annealing is called nanocrystalline alloy. Nanocrystalline materials have excellent properties such as high saturation magnetic induction intensity, high permeability, low coercivity, low loss, good stability, high strength and toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, etc. As nanocrystalline alloy materials with good performance-price ratio in metal soft magnetic materials, they can replace silicon steel, permalloy and ferrite to become ideal materials for medium and high frequency transformers, transformers and inductors.
Application areas

◆ Core of current transformer with different precision (zero sequence and leakage protection);
