It is formed by winding nanocrystalline strip, quenched by heat treatment, and encapsulated by protective box and other materials.
◆ Excellent anti-saturation characteristics
High saturation magnetic flux density Bs(1.2T ~ 1.4T), high permeability, is conducive to reducing the volume of common mode inductance.
More extreme working conditions
High Curie temperature, material properties (permeability, saturation flux density, loss) with temperature change is small, strong resistance to mechanical vibration and mechanical shock.
◆ Better design
The magnetic permeability μ can be adjusted according to the actual application requirements, and has excellent anti-DC bias ability.
◆ Easy to process
One-step molding, size, shape easy to control, there are ring type, runway type, rectangular type, C type and other models. Small size and low cost.
