Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy is an amorphous material formed by rapid solidification process with a small amount of Nb, Cu, Si, B and other elements as the main element of iron. This material can form crystallites with a particle size of <100nm after heat treatment, which is called nanocrystalline material. Compared with traditional materials, it has the advantages of high permeability, low loss, low coercivity, etc. Road transportation, consumer electronics, wireless charging, etc. are widely used in power and electrical, industrial power, new energy, rail fields.
